Education, awareness, and leadership commitment are key elements in our Culture journey. We are committed to building a truly, inclusive company focused on listening to what our associates and customers need and want, and on hiring, training, and development.

Today, over 50% of our associates in the U.S. and Canada are racially and ethnically diverse. Women hold a high percentage of leadership roles at every level in our company. Indeed, we are among the just 2% of Fortune 1000 companies with women in both the CEO and CFO roles.
